Engineered hardwood flooring is real wood on top, supported by multiple layers of plywood or high-density core beneath it.

Structure:

Top Layer (*Wear Layer): Real hardwood (oak, walnut, maple, etc.)
Core Layers: Cross-layered plywood or composite for stability
Bottom Layer: Stabilizing backing

Prefinished and Unfinished:

You can choose engineered flooring that is prefinished (the color and topcoat are already completed).

Or you can choose unfinished, and we will stain and top coat, or leave natural and topcoat.
