When will the Flooring Specialist arrive? They were supposed to be here already.
At times we may be delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen reasons and appreciate your patience. You can call our office at (718) 252-9128 to get an update.
How long after the floors are complete can we walk on them?
We recommend you give at least 12-24 hours after the job is complete before walking on them to allow the finish to properly dry.
Ooops, somehow when moving in or placing furniture we accidentally scratched the floor. What do I do?
We understand accidents happen and will be happy to come back for reasonable minor repairs. Call the office at (718) 252-9128 to discuss the problem and see how we can resolve it to your satisfaction.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance and other documents required by my Co-op or Management company?
Absolutely! Let us know what documents are required when we set up your job so we can prepare them on time.
